The designs shown are very quick flat shots of the scene that I am going to create, I wanted to include shape language to make my designs relevant to the character developments. I do not yet have a breakdown of each of the shots that will be shown of the backgrounds, so these are subject to change but I want to show my train of thought and how I wanted the background scenes to look.
I really like design 9 and 13, so I will look into ways of incorporating each of the elements that I find work best and develop my designs further. Seeing as they are so different the lower section could be the modeled part of the scene and the higher ominous mountains can be incorporated as a matt painting.
