For the banners to offer encouragement and also to show how long to go in race I had the idea to have banners along the mountain scene. I really like the idea of having banners going across the road, as there will only be a few dotted trees in the scene I decided to go with the banners on poles. I decided to develop design 2 as I could alter the size and shape of the thin posts.
