I am separating the mountain scene into three different shots to allow the animation to flow better in slightly different environments. For the first designs they would be used for the character to ride on when he is first starting out as a cyclist. I really like the 3rd design because of the long stretch of road in the middle. For the starting line design I have chosen the 2nd design and finally for the finish line scene I have chosen design 2.
